Doodle Arcade: Delete Your Account

You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Apple. If you never signed in, there is nothing to delete on our side: your records stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open Doodle Arcade.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately deletes your account and your synced records.

Doodle Arcade and Doodoku share one rimikimi account. If you sign in with Apple in both apps, your records are kept in the same account, and deleting it deletes the synced records of both apps.

If you cannot open the app

Email enquiry@rimikimi.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will reply to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account and its synced records.

Your request is processed within 7 days.

What is deleted, and what is not

Deleted: your account (your Apple user ID and email address) and your synced records (best scores, stars and levels).

Not deleted by us: data on your device (use Reset records in Settings, or delete the app), and your purchase, which belongs to your Apple account.

두들 아케이드 계정 삭제 안내

계정은 Apple로 로그인을 선택한 경우에만 있습니다. 로그인한 적이 없다면 우리 쪽에 삭제할 정보가 없고, 기록은 기기에만 있다가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

앱에서 삭제하기 (가장 빠름)

두들 아케이드를 엽니다.
설정 → 계정으로 이동합니다.
계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.

계정과 동기화된 기록이 즉시 삭제됩니다.

두들 아케이드와 두도쿠는 같은 리미키미 계정을 씁니다. 두 앱에서 모두 Apple로 로그인했다면 기록이 같은 계정에 저장되고, 계정을 삭제하면 두 앱의 동기화된 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다.

앱을 열 수 없을 때

enquiry@rimikimi.com 으로 제목을 “계정 삭제 요청”으로 해서 메일을 보내 주세요. 본인 요청인지 확인하는 답장을 드린 뒤 계정과 동기화된 기록을 삭제합니다.

요청은 7일 이내에 처리됩니다.

삭제되는 정보와 삭제되지 않는 정보

삭제되는 정보: 계정(Apple 사용자 ID, 이메일 주소)과 동기화된 기록(최고 점수, 별, 레벨).

우리가 삭제하지 않는 정보: 기기에 저장된 정보(설정에서 기록 초기화를 누르거나 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다), 그리고 Apple 계정에 속하는 구매 내역.
